An organization now is not enough for just having a static website (Web 1.0). They need a web 2.0 to enable a social interaction to make a conversation between public and its organization. The idea behind of Web 2.0 is about enabling people to participate in an organization. It may only occur in more flatenning organization because they have levels structural/hierarchical levels that allow people to communicate with higher level.

But anyway, what i do like in the presentation above is simply explaining about how important Web 2.0 to enable conversation that leads to a better communication / good will between the organization and its public. A good relation will help to managing issues that always come out.
Issue in organization may be complex, but it can be simplified if we proactively listening to our public/stakeholders to tracking what people think (perception) about the organization itself.
